Issue with 'ebsimage' command

Hello -

First, thanks for a great tool!

Second, if bug reports are better off as GitHub issues, let me know and I will file this.

The issue that I'm seeing is a "KeyError: '/dev/sda1'" when I try to run the 'ebsimage' command on a vanilla, freshly-created instance.
