UPDATE STARCLUSTER FOR C4 ISTANCE SUPPORT

Hy everyone,

 

I have noticed that starcluster does not support c4 istance. Browsing into
the mailing list I saw that the author updated the code to integrate the
possibility to use this kind of istance.

But how can I update starcluster on my machine with the new code?
