Hi Sergio

You should try to integrate a solution like this one
https://github.com/jtriley/StarCluster/pull/321 to your version of
StarCluster. This will make the time to add/remove a node linear rather
than cluster size dependant.

I've successfully did it in my version, but since it required a new AMI
with the prerequisites I never shared it.
