Re: StarCluster Digest, Vol 66, Issue 7
Thank you very much for all replies.
Sound like it, I was using a custom VPC, but didn't want to play around
with config of the VPC as it is used by other stuff, and very
unfortunately, as luck may have it turns out that i have deleted my default
vpc. I tried getting in touch with AWS people, but looks like they will
help me create a new default vpc only if I pay (or take a cut support
account ) ?????? Don't know where to go on that now.
Never the less, I used another account and have created but now the new
problem is to create a 100gb volume. When i do a create volume, it throws
back error stating the ami is not found, looks like ami is hardcoded
somewhere . I am in eu-west-1. If I create a volume through the
ec2-console and attach it to master node, i cannot see it.
Any help appreciated
