The web site will ask you to leave your contact info, yet the base software is free.

It will install python with several versions that you can switch between and many other useful packages as well as IDE environments that I find useful. You still need to install StarCluster afterwards yet this worked smoothly for me.

This company also has an anaconda AMI and instructions how to use it with StarCluster yet this is unrelated here so I am not sending the links to avoid confusion with this thread.

Proper disclosure is that I occasionally test this product for them - so I am biased a bit toward this solution. There may be other solutions that will solve the issue you encounter. Yet this solution worked for me and I hope it will work for you.
