v0.93.3 - loadbalance - Spot instances terminated due to bid price

Hi,

When a spot instance is terminated by Amazon, with status 'instance-terminated-by-price', loadbalance fails to recognize
this change. Instead it still believes the execution host is
available, and jobs sit in the queue without ever running. Is
there a solution for this other then to increase my bid price?
