Adding Node Failure - exception.InstanceDoesNotExist

Hi,

I am working with jtriley-StarCluster-0.92rc1-873-gb45473e.tar.gz

I get this issue consistently, and am having trouble narrowing this down.
Is it a general problem with waiting for ssh to come up without throwing
the error. It seems ssh is being reported ok too soon?
