Hi Sergio,

Unfortunately at the moment you'll need to create a new AMI with the old
version of MPICH2 installed and additionally copy the MPICH2 plugin and
modify it accordingly for the older implementation. If you're successful
modifying the plugin I'd consider merging your changes with the existing
plugin in a way that both versions could be used...
