Searchable mailing list archive?

It seems like the robots.txt file (http://mailman.mit.edu/robots.txt) is blocking Google from indexing the starcluster mailing list archive.

The original Sun Grid Engine site also had this problem, and Chris Dagdigian set up a mirror at markmail so it was possible to search online.

Can we setup something like that and mirror the list archive?
