http proxy configuration

Hi folks,

Is anybody using starcluster with an http proxy?

It looks like boto supports it:
http://code.google.com/p/boto/wiki/BotoConfig

Proxy settings in ~/.boto, unsurprisingly, aren't used by starcluster. Would it be possible to add a [boto] or [proxy] block to the starcluster config that gets passed on to the boto connection? I'm interested if anybody has tried this or has ideas that I could try myself.
