Using ssh keys with a passphrase on them

I've got SSH keys that I've uploaded to AWS that have passphrases on
them -- how do I use them with StarCluster? I've tried adding the key to
ssh-agent with ssh-add, but every time I try to launch a cluster using
that key I get
