misc. issues getting started

Hi,

On the page http://star.mit.edu/cluster/ , the screencast is not visible if I use Chrome. It's visible if I use Safari. (This is on Mac OS X 10.9.2).

The screencast may be a bit inaccurate or outdated:

When I ssh to the master node of myfirstcluster as sgeadmin, and do
ssh node001 hostname

instead of showing a "domU...." name, it just says "node001".

Also, the tab completion page (http://star.mit.edu/cluster/docs/latest/manual/shell_completion.html) has a fatal flaw; it does not tell you where the starcluster-completion.sh script is. I found it with a little googling (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jtriley/StarCluster/develop/completion/starcluster-completion.sh).

However, it doesn't work:

dtenenba_at_dhcp151128 ~$ source ~/.starcluster/starcluster-completion.sh
dtenenba_at_dhcp151128 ~$ starcluster -- (I pressed tab twice here)
Display all 185 possibilities? (y or n)

This is normal filesystem completion, not starcluster completion.
