Spot Instances

Hi all,

When you ask for spot instances from starcluster, it hangs on a loop
waiting them to be available.
If you watch the process thru´ console, you can see that the spot request
starts with status like
"pending-evaluation" and then "pending-fulfillment" until Amazon release
them for use.
But sometimes you´ve got a status like "capacity-not-available", but this
is not an error.. and
StarCluster keeps on waiting forever...
Don´t you think that this situation should have a specail behavior, with
signs that something is not
good in your launch?
In this case, I had to terminate the cluster since it´s not allowed to
change the bid price.
