changing spot bid price

Hi all - I have a 1-node cluster running that I'm trying to add nodes to.
 StarCluster hangs on the spot instances becoming active. Turns out its
because my bid price is too low. I increased it in the config file, but
when I try to add nodes, StarCluster is still uses the old bid price. Is
there a way to force starcluster to use the new bid price in the config
file?
