confused of instance type

Hi

When MASTER_INSTANCE_TYPE in DEFAULT_TEMPLATE is specified. "-i m1.large"
option will be ignored in "starcluster start -o -s 1 -i m1.large -n
ami-5b3fb632 imagehost".
Maybe it's a bug?
