Tight Integration of the MPICH2 library into OGE

Hi Justin/Rayson and all MIT StarCluster´s experts....

I´ve been using MIT StarCluster for a while with good results.

We have this application that was compiled with MPICH2 libs.

Our config in MIT StarCluster´s test environment doesn´t use the MPICH2
plugin due version restriction of MPICH2 (we must use MPICH21.0.8 version).

We installed MPICH2 version 1.0.8 and the app ran OK but we´re not using
OGE for batch control.

Our app runs today in a physical cluster with MPICH2 and PBS Torque. But I
think that we can use OGE instead of Torque.

Now I´m trying to tie them together (OGE + MPICH2) but go no good results
so far. One of my references came from this link:

I´d like to know if you can help me with some receipts in how to put MIT
StarCluster, MPICH2 and OGE to work all together.
