trouble removing dead clusters

Hey Starcluster,

I ran into trouble with a terminated cluster while playing with a loading a
disco ddfs onto ebs drives. That's mostly sorted, but I'm having trouble
getting the clusters to disappear. Listing my clusters shows entries like:

disco-1 (security group: _at_sc-disco-1)
-------------------------------------
Launch time: N/A
Uptime: N/A
Zone: N/A
Keypair: N/A
EBS volumes: N/A
Cluster nodes: N/A


How can I make these go away.
