Hi Caius,

Currently there is no mechanism to create multiple users on the
cluster, however, it's not all that difficult to do via a StarCluster
plugin[1].

As Rayson kindly pointed out to me, this is something that comes up
from time to time so I'm considering building it into StarCluster,
however, I'm not sure whether it would be built into the "core" or
delivered as a plugin...

Before I get into details how do you expect to give users access to
these accounts? Would you want to pass around usernames and passwords
or would you want to have SSH keys generated that you could hand to
all users (or both)?
