Look inside of your ~/.starcluster/logs/debug.log file and you should
find the actual error message returned from the 'qhost -xml' command.
Just search that file for "qhost -xml' failed with status 1" and below
that text should be any error output from qhost (if any).
Please reply with that output if you can find it. It would be *very*
useful in determining what the real issue is.
If you can't find it in your ~/.starcluster/logs/debug.log it is most
likely in a 'rotated' log, e.g. ~/.starcluster/logs/debug.log.1,
~/.starcluster/logs/debug.log.2, etc.
