Question about loadbalancer

Dear StarCluster users,

When I run the load balancer on my cluster, it shows the queue size to be 0 however when I log in to the master for my cluster and do a qstat, I can see about 24 jobs in my all.q.
Do you happen to know why the load balancer does not know about my queue's status?
