OK, just checked in latest changes with setup.py and starcluster_plugins
package. Should be 'python setup.py install'-able now. Next up is to
create a doc on how to contribute to this package (including running
./check.sh before each commit and fixing any errors) and then it should
be ready for users to install/fork/hack.
