Hi Amaro,
Maybe I'd written it wrong, but you can use the command

starcluster loadbalance cluster
or
starcluster bal cluster (short cut)

Sorry, I probably put the wrong command on the mailing list. I use
bal, the shortcut. My mistake. You can do "starcluster help" and it
shows all possible commands. If you have those two, you have installed
my fork properly. HTH,
