[Starcluster] starcluster released on pypi

StarCluster 0.90 has been released on the python package index
(http://pypi.python.org/pypi/StarCluster). The StarCluster AMIs (both i386 and
x86_64) are now public. I've updated the documentation to reflect the new
install procedure from pypi. Let me know if you have any issues :D
