To create a new C/C++/Fortran OpenMP project in SunStudio:

1. Open Sunstudio by right-clicking the desktop and selecting SunStudio.

3. Go to File → Open Project
   
   
4. Select either the OMPC, OMPCXX, or OMPFortran Project depending on what programming language you want (ie C/C++/Fortran).
   
   
5. Copy the project by right-clicking on it and selecting “Copy Project”.
   
   
6. A dialog will prompt you to name the new project.
   
   
7. The new project is now in the project list on the left hand menu.
8. An example source file is in the “Source Files” folder.
