Cannot foricly terminate cluster

Hello,

I receive the following error when attempting to listclusters or forcibly
terminate a cluster. I have manually removed the instances and security
group using the AWS console, however I am not sure how to manually remove
this cluster listing from Starcluster so I can continue normally?
