Re: disable head node for qsubbed jobs
_at_Pablo. Thanks for the link. I should have read the advanced guide more
closely.
_at_Cedar. I am running a cluster right now and there are jobs running on the
head node. I don't think I've specifically set the head node to also run
jobs. Here is my config:
[global]
DEFAULT_TEMPLATE=general
[aws info]
PRIVATE INFO
[key dk]
KEY_LOCATION=~/.ssh/dk.pem
[cluster general]
KEYNAME = dk
CLUSTER_SIZE = 20
CLUSTER_USER = sgeadmin
CLUSTER_SHELL = bash
NODE_IMAGE_ID = ami-ca4abfbd
NODE_INSTANCE_TYPE = c3.8xlarge
MASTER_INSTANCE_TYPE = m3.xlarge
MASTER_IMAGE_ID = ami-ca4abfbd
AVAILABILITY_ZONE = eu-west-1a
VOLUMES = data
SPOT_BID = 3.0
[volume data]
VOLUME_ID = ID
MOUNT_PATH = /working
