[starCluster] 2 instances get terminated automatically after failing to stop

Hi,

We have a cluster of 30 nodes, on Friday 2 instance failed to start for
internal error. After that and without the user issuing a terminate or
removenode startcluster command those 2 failed nodes got terminated.

Is this an expected behavior on Starcluster?
