Re: auth problem

Hi Justin,

Thanks for the tip.
I was stupid to leave the comments after my key value.
It worked after I removed the comments completely.

Another question, we have existing user system (LDAP) and NFS system which has all users' home dirs.
Is it easy to configure star cluster to use them?
I saw from the log that a NFS system will be enabled on the master and mounted on all worker nodes.
There is a plugin that can create users when launching new nodes.
Is it possible to skip the NFS bit when starting a new cluster? and make use of the existing NFS?
Is it possible to start puppet client on cluster nodes to let it do the work?

Hey Shunde,

Check that you don't have quotes around your credentials. If you have
IPython installed you can check that your credentials are entered
correctly using:

$ starcluster shell
[~]> print cfg.aws.aws_access_key_id
'<your-key-here>'
[~]> print cfg.aws.aws_secret_access_key
'<your-secret-key-here>'

Do those values look right?

I use the same credential with euca2ools and it worked fine.
I have put my access key and secret key in the config file.
What is the best way to debug this?
Thanks in advance.
