Hi Boris,
Having an external condor master is a future goal for the Condor
plugin but we have not yet explored this fully. If you're interested
in experimenting with this I'd be happy to help. I believe this is
just a matter of adding the proper hostname/ip to the config and
opening the required ports in the cluster's security group, however,
there may be additional setup procedures on the external condor master
in order for this to work so not sure how much StarCluster can
automate in this scenario. Feel free to join #starcluster on IRC if
you'd like to discuss in real time.
