Hi Neil,

Make sure you have EC2_CERT and EC2_PRIVATE_KEY specified in your [aws info] section:

[aws info]
EC2_CERT = /path/to/cert-*.pem
EC2_PRIVATE_KEY= /path/to/pk-*.pem
