More update: My tests for ami-a5c42dcc only works for 2 nodes and failed
when I tried for 5 nodes.

My starCluster was installed manually and I didn't see ez_setup.py file
from downloaded StarCluster-XXX.tar.gz file.

So I re-installed it on my iMac using PYthon Package Index (PYPI). Now
it works with ami-a5c42dcc for 5 nodes. I guess it should also work with
other AMIs.
